Logging of 404 Requests and Support for WordPress 4.6 in New WP Security Audit Log 2.5.2

Today we released version 2.5.2 of the WP Security Audit Log, WordPress’ most comprehensive audit trail plugin. In this version we worked on:

Logging of 404 HTTP Error Requests to a Log files

Since we introduced the monitoring of 404 HTTP error requests many of you asked if they can see the URLs that are generating a 404 HTTP error code. Now you can log all these requests to a log file and see them. Refer to the FAQ on Logging 404 requests to a log file for more information on this functionality.

Support for WordPress 4.6

The new WordPress 4.6 will be released on the 15th of August. It includes a number of under-the-hood changes, therefore we updated our plugin so it is fully compatible with WordPress 4.6.
